While I represent consumers only, I also have eight years of experience defending automobile manufacturers against these cases, and therefore have talents, knowledge and working relationships with manufacturer's attorneys that are unique in this area of the law.
If your case qualifies under the lemon law, you are entitled to a refund of your down payment, all monthly payments you have made, a full payoff of your loan and reimbursement of any registration fees you have paid. The manufacturer is entitled to a deduction for your use of the vehicle prior to the time the primary defect occurred, which is usually minimal and is calculated using a formula set forth in the law.
I charge no up-front fees or costs and you pay me only a small fee at the end of the case, usually $1,500, and only if I am successful. The amount of my fee is negotiable and is based on the potential cash recovery the client is likely to recover.
